Another little side project; we decided to make some cute chocolate lollipops as little gifts during Christmas time. Very simple and quick to make, and super cute! Simply melt chocolate over hot water, pour into molds, and refrigerate! The two dollar molds from Daiso were so worth it! We plan on buying them all in the future. As a side note, if you decide to make chocolates with similar silicone molds, make sure you drop the molds a few times to remove air bubbles! Our first batch had several air bubbles as a result. =( So easy and so adorable! We'll probably make something similar for valentines day. ♥
